Dear Eagle lake Community Member:
We have received official notice from Covington Township and EMS Coordinator that Eagle Lake is to immediately cease all activities and close access to the Community immediately as of March 20th at 3:00pm.
Therefore, please be advised of the following:
The Eagle Lake Community is officially closed at this time. Community Members who are currently on property are permitted to stay but once they depart for their home (NY, NJ, Phila, etc) they will not be permitted return access. Guest passes are no longer to be issued, as of 3pm today.
A copy of the notice (which has been provided to the Association Attorney) is on the website and may be read by accessing the website at www.eaglelakeca.com.
The Eagle Lake Community Association will continue to provide customer service remotely and via the website and Eagle lake Utility Staff will continue to operate essential water, sewer and electric services. We urge you to visit the website and read the notice sent earlier today via email blast if you have other questions.
We also direct you to your home state websites, as we are aware of pending “stay at home” mandates in neighboring states to Pennsylvania.
We are sure you will have concerns regarding the notice. At this point, we have no other response/reaction other than our obligation to adhere to the notice at this time. But please be assured that the Eagle Lake Community is continuing to provide Community security and the services note above.
As this remains a fluid situation, we will keep you posted as we are notified of future actions that are required or the lifting on the current notice.
In the meantime, please be safe, adhere to the CDC and State mandates so we can get through this period as quickly as possible.
Thank you,
Eagle Lake Board of Directors and Management
